Abstract

【課題】原水の水質変動によって膜分離装置の濾過時間を変更しても、造水量の低下を起こさず、安定運転が継続可能な膜分離装置を提供する。 【解決手段】原水の水質を検出する手段を備え、原水を膜濾過することにより濾過水を得るとともに所定の濾過時間ごとに洗浄機構により分離膜を洗浄する膜分離装置において、前記水質検出手段により検出された原水の水質の変化に応じて前記所定の濾過時間を変更する手段と、変更された濾過時間に応じて膜濾過流量を変更する手段を備えたことを特徴とする膜分離装置。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane separation apparatus capable of maintaining a stable operation without causing reduction in amount of water-making even if a filtering time of the membrane separation apparatus is varied due to variation of raw water quality. SOLUTION: The membrane separation apparatus which has a means for detecting raw water quality, obtaining filtrate by membrane filtration of the raw water, and in which a separation membrane is washed by a washing mechanism at every given filtration time, is provided with a means for varying the given filtration time according to variation of raw water quality detected by the means for detecting raw water quality, and a means for varying the membrane filtering flow rate according to the varied filtration time.
