Abstract

The invention discloses a compound corrosion inhibitor of carbon steel in a citric acid pickling medium and a preparation method thereof. The compound corrosion inhibitor is prepared by compounding 2-undecyl-N-carboxymethyl N-hydroxyethly imidazoline (UHCI) and potassium iodide (KI), wherein the concentration of the UHCI is 0.25-0.39% while the concentration of the KI is 0.01-0.15%. The effect is optimum when the concentration of single UHCI is 0.4%; and under the condition that the total concentration is kept at 0.4%, the corrosion inhibition effect of the compounded UHCI and KI based on the above ranges is superior to that of the single UHCI with the concentration of 0.4%, thus the fact that the UHCI and the KI have better synergic corrosion inhibition effect is proved. In the invention, after the UHCI with the concentration of 0.3% and the KI with the concentration of 0.1% are added in a citric acid solution with the concentration of 4%, the corrosion current of the carbon steel is greatly lowered, and the corrosion inhibition efficiency is 94.24%. The compound corrosion inhibitor in the invention has low cost and less environment hazard, is green and environment-friendly, and has obvious corrosion inhibition effect for the carbon steel.
本发明公开了一种在柠檬酸溶液中碳钢的复配缓蚀剂及其制备方法,由2-十一烷基-N-羧甲基-N-羟乙基咪唑啉(UHCI)与碘化钾(KI)复配而成,其中UHCI的浓度在0.25%-0.39%,KI的浓度在0.01%-0.15%。单一UHCI在浓度为0.4%时效果最佳,而在总浓度保持0.4%的情况下,在上述范围内复配后的缓蚀效果优于0.4%UHCI,显示两者之间具有较好的协同缓蚀效应。在4%柠檬酸溶液中加入本发明的0.3%UHCI和0.1%KI后,碳钢的腐蚀电流大大降低,缓蚀效率为94.24%,本发明的复配缓蚀剂成本低,绿色,环保,对环境危害小,对碳钢具有明显的缓蚀效果。
