Abstract

本发明提供了一种污泥的烘干方法。它解决了现有的污泥处理方法工艺操作时间长、流程复杂、成本高以及处理后的污泥含水量太低的问题。本污泥的烘干方法,该方法包括以下步骤:A、搅拌、挤出:将含水量75%-90%的污泥通过输送机输送至搅拌机中搅拌1-3分钟后挤出,挤出时间为1-3分钟;B、烘干:将挤出后污泥颗粒通过输送机输送至烘干机中烘干30-80分钟,烘干机的入口温度为500-1000℃,出口温度为50-120℃;C、后处理:将烘干后的污泥颗粒通过输送机输送至储存仓中,污泥颗粒的含水量为30%-60%,尾气经过脱硫除尘后无味排放。本污泥的烘干方法具有环境效益显著、成本低、重利用与工艺流程简单的优点。
The invention provides a sludge drying method, which solves the problems of long process operation time, complex flow, high cost and extremely low water content in treated sludge in a conventional sludge treatment method. The sludge drying method comprises the following steps of: A, stirring and extruding, namely, conveying sludge with the water content of 75 to 90 percent to a stirrer through a conveyer, stirring the sludge for 1 to 3 minutes and then extruding the sludge for 1 to 3 minutes; B, drying, namely, conveying the extruded sludge particles to a drier through the conveyer and drying the sludge particles for 30 to 80 minutes, wherein the entrance temperature of the drier is 500 to 1,000 DEG C and the exit temperature is 50 to 120 DEG C; and C, post-treatment, namely, conveying the dried sludge particles to a storehouse through the conveyer, wherein the water content of the sludge particles is 30 to 60 percent, and the tail gas is subjected to desulfurization and dust removal and then is exhausted without peculiar smell. The sludge drying method has the advantages of obvious environment benefit, low cost, recycle and simple technological process.
