Abstract

精密转动角度位移并自动夹紧的机构,涉及一种转位机构。提供一种用于以同一轴心为基准,两个部件有相对角度位移,并且能自动夹紧、松开的精密转动角度位移并自动夹紧的机构。设有迴转体、芯轴、衬套、蝶形弹簧、垫圈、单向推力球轴承、第1并紧螺母、护盘、蜗轮、支板、油缸、蜗杆、底座、第2并紧螺母、拨杆和端齿盘组。芯轴定心于迴转体中并装入衬套和支板的孔中,形成中心轴,衬套设于底座中,支板设于底座上;迴转体底面与底座顶面接触,蝶形弹簧、垫圈、单向推力球轴承装入芯轴上;拨盘装入芯轴上;拨杆装在蜗轮上,并装入拨盘内;蜗轮装入支板上;蜗杆装入底座内并与蜗轮啮合;推力油缸装在底座上;端齿盘组分别装在迴转体和底座上。
The invention discloses a precision turning angle shifting and automatic clamping mechanism, relates to a transposition mechanism, and provides the precision turning angle shifting and automatic clamping mechanism for producing relative angle shift between two components by using the same axis as a reference and capable of automatically clamping and loosening. The mechanism is provided with a revolving body, a core shaft, a bush, a butterfly spring, a washer, a unidirectional thrust ball bearing, a first locking nut, a protective tray, a worm wheel, a support plate, an oil cylinder, a worm, a base, a second locking nut, a deflector rod and end fluted disc assemblies. The core shaft is centered in the revolving body and packed in the holes of the bush and the support plate to form a center shaft, the bush is arranged in the base, and the support plate is arranged on the base; the bottom surface of the revolving body is contacted with the top surface of the base; the butterfly spring, the washer and the unidirectional thrust ball bearing are arranged on the core shaft; a drive plate is arranged on the core shaft; the deflector rod is arranged on the worm wheel and arranged in the drive plate; the worm wheel is arranged on the support plate; the worm is arranged in the base and engaged with the worm wheel; the thrust oil cylinder is arranged on the base; and the end fluted disc assemblies are arranged on the revolving body and the base respectively.
