Abstract

The invention relates to an air conditioner and a control method thereof. The air conditioner comprises an outdoor heat exchanger, a four-way valve, a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger and a throttle mechanism, wherein the throttle mechanism is connected between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger in series. The invention is characterized in that more than two different-flow gears which can be shifted according to the circulation mode and the operating frequency of the compressor are arranged in the throttle mechanism. The throttle mechanism comprises a three-way valve. The first interface of the three-way valve is communicated with one end of the outdoor heat exchanger, the second interface of the three-way valve is communicated with one end of a first capillary and the third interface of the three-way valve is communicated with one end of a second capillary. The other end of the first capillary is connected with the other end of the second capillary in parallel and then is communicated with one end of the indoor heat exchanger. The flow of the first capillary is less than the flow of the second capillary. The invention has the advantages that the operation is flexible, the manufacturing cost is low, the application scope is wide, the energy efficiency of the air conditioner can be effectively improved, and the maximum operating ability and the low-temperature refrigerating ability of the air conditioner can be also improved.
一种空调器及其控制方法,空调器包括室外换热器、四通阀、压缩机、室内换热器和节流机构,节流机构串接在室外换热器和室内换热器之间,其特征是节流机构中设置有根据压缩机的不同循环模式及运行频率而切换的二个以上流量大小不同的挡位。节流机构包括三通阀,该三通阀的第一接口与室外换热器的一端相通,三通阀的第二接口与第一毛细管的一端相通,三通阀的第三接口与第二毛细管的一端相通,第一毛细管的另一端和第二毛细管的另一端并联后与室内换热器的一端相通;第一毛细管的流量<第二毛细管的流量。本发明具有操作灵活、制作成本低和适用范围广的特点,可有效提高空调器的能效,同时也能提高空调器的最大运行能力和低温制热能力。
