Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of metallurgy, in particular relating to low-alloy structural strip steel with high strength and high toughness and a production method thereof. The invention provides Nb-V-Ti low-alloy structural strip steel with high strength and high toughness and the production method thereof, wherein the strip steel has simple control of hot rolling technique and low production cost. The low-alloy structural strip steel with high strength and high toughness comprises the following chemical components by weight percent: no more than 0.010% of C, no more than 0.30% to 0.50% of Si, no more than 1.20 to 1.40% of Mn, no more than 0.015% of P, no more than 0.010% of S, no more than 0.010% to 0.020% of Nb, no more than 0.04% to 0.07% of V, no more than 0.006% to 0.02% of Ti, and balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The low-alloy structural strip steel with high strength and high toughness can be used as parts on power-transmission iron powers, steel structures, and the like with high requirements for strength and toughness, and has the advantages of simple production method, low production cost, and the like.
本发明属冶金领域,具体涉及一种高强高韧低合金结构带钢及生产方法。本发明所解决的技术问题是提供了一种热轧工艺控制简单、生产成本低的Nb-V-Ti低合金高强度高韧性结构带钢及其生产方法。本发明高强高韧低合金结构带钢,其化学成分重量百分比为:C:≤0.010%,Si:0.30%~0.50%,Mn:1.20%~1.40%,P:≤0.015%,S:≤0.010%,Nb:0.010%~0.020%,V:0.04%~0.07%,Ti:0.006%~0.02%,其余为Fe及不可避免的杂质。本发明高强高韧低合金结构带钢可用于输电铁塔、钢结构等对强度和韧性要求较高的零部件,具有生产方法简单、生产成本低等优点。
