Novel digital electronic governor actuator of diesel engine

Abstract

The invention relates to an equipment system of a diesel engine and discloses a novel digital electronic governor actuator of the diesel engine. The novel digital electronic governor actuator of the diesel engine comprises a machine frame, wherein a stepper motor and a rack supporting sleeve are arranged on the machine frame; a gear is arranged on an output shaft of the stepper motor; the gear is engaged with the rack sliding on the rack supporting sleeve; and one end of the rack is provided with a connecting pin and a connecting plate which are connected with a control rack arranged at the position of an injection pump plunger and an offsetting spring is arranged on the other end of the rack. By using a gear rack structure, the stepper motor moment required is only a quarter of that of a shifting fork structure, while the adjustable rotation angle of the stepper motor is increased by 8 to 9 times; and when the stepper motor works, the rack pushes the control rack arranged at the position of the injection pump plunger through the connecting pin and the connecting plate, so the injection amount of an injection pump is controlled and the aim of adjusting the rotation speed of the diesel engine is fulfilled.
本发明涉及柴油机的设备系统,公开了新型柴油机数字电子调速器执行器,包括机架,机架上安装有步进电机和齿条支承套,步进电机的输出轴上安装有齿轮,齿轮与在齿条支承套滑动的齿条相啮合,齿条一端有与喷油泵柱塞位置控制齿条相连的连接销和连接板,齿条另一端安装有复位弹簧。采用齿轮齿条结构,使得所需的步进电机力矩仅为拨叉机构的四分之一,而步进电机转动调整的角度则增加了8至9倍,当步进电机工作时,齿条通过连接销和连接板,推动喷油泵柱塞位置控制齿条,从而调节喷油泵的喷油量,达到调整柴油发动机转速的目的。
